At Daphne Home Decor, we are committed to providing a clear and straightforward return process for our customers. Please carefully review the details below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.


30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as you received it.

  • The product may be opened for inspection, but must not be used or installed.

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must remain intact.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, which should also be in good condition.

If the product is used, damaged, or returned without its original packaging, the return will not be accepted.


How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email return@daphnehomedecor.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return (e.g., defective product, wrong item, change of mind, etc.)

  • The delivery date of your order

  • A clear photo of the item, including the packaging, showing its current condition


Return Process

  1. Once we review your request, we will confirm whether your return has been approved.

  2. If approved, we will send you a return shipping label via email, along with detailed instructions.

  3. You may ship the return using any courier service of your choice.

  4. The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded.

  5. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Returns for Defective and Non-Defective Products

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Whether the item is faulty or you simply changed your mind, we are here to help.


Exchanges

We also accept product exchanges.
To request an exchange, please email return@daphnehomedecor.com and follow the same process as for returns.


European Union 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, without providing a reason.
The same conditions apply:

  • The product must be unused and uninstalled.

  • All tags must be intact.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds may take up to 30 days to appear.
